Northaw & Cuffley Parish Council invites qualified contractors to tender for a three-year Grounds Maintenance and Churchyard Maintenance contract, beginning April 1, 2025.

This contract includes general groundskeeping, grass cutting, hedge and tree maintenance, litter collection, and upkeep across designated sites in Northaw and Cuffley.

• Submission Deadline: Tenders must be submitted by Monday, 3rd March 2025, by email or post to the Parish Clerk at parish.clerk@northawcuffleypc.org.uk.
• Evaluation Criteria: Price and quality will be considered. Please provide detailed information on past similar contracts, references, insurance, and health and safety policies.
