25/26-45        MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL

To accept and confirm the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 17^th September 2025 are a true and accurate record.

25/26-46        FINANCE – AUDIT, POLICY AND MONTHLY COMMITMENTS

Council to review and agree the following financial matters:

1. To retrospectively approve the September (Month 6) and October (Month 7) payments paid under delegated authority, resolved at the last Council meeting (25/26-35a).
2. To delegate authority for the November (Month 8) and December (Month 9) invoices to be set up for payment and retrospectively approved at January 2025 meeting
3. To review the Q2 Financial Reports from the Council accounting system
4. To review CCLA and where funds should be assigned

25/26-47        COMMUNITY GRANTS

To review, approve and award expenditure to grant applications received for

Community Grants 2025/26.  Papers sent to Councillors only as contain financial and operational information but redacted papers available on request.

1. Northaw & Cuffley Bowls Club – requesting £5,000.00
2. Wednesday Games Club – requesting £770.00
3. 1^st Cuffley Scout Group – requesting £3649.00

1. To review tender response for Millennium Gardens
2. To review tender of the Sopers Road Car Park
3. To consider the replacement of the security gate and height barrier at the KGV playground car park.
4. To consider works to tidy up land at KGV
5. To consider works to Northaw Park roundabout
6. Repairs to KGV MUGA

1. To review and agree ear marked reserves (EMR) levels for financial year 2026/27
2. To review and agree considerations for car park charges and lease charges for financial year 2026/27
3. To note and accept the Budget report and to review and agree budget and Precept demand for financial year 2026/27

1. To review complaints received regarding the new speed bumps at KGV and agree any necessary action.
2. To review and confirm the Assets of Community Value as proposed by the Parish Council
