Please be aware that we have just been made aware of an event taking place at Colesdale Farm on 23rd August.

We are therefore asking if residents, or family and friends in the area, could:
• Take photos of, or record, ANY notices, posters or traffic direction signs, relating to the event, that are placed out on the nearby roads, or pavements. (These all require prior Highways approval that they don’t have.)
• Take recordings of loud music or, if you are prepared to download a sound level meter app, monitor and record DB levels from the event on your phone.
• Record or photograph any associated antisocial, or illegal, behaviour relating to the event.
• Record any event that makes you, or your family, feel unsafe. (Only assuming that you can do this without compromising your personal safety.)

As always, please contact the police directly on 101 or https://www.police.uk/pu/contact-the-police/ for a non-urgent response if you need to report that a crime has been, or is being, committed related to this event.
If an urgent response is required, or if at any point you feel that you or your family may be in danger, call the police on 999 immediately.
