Councillor

John Henderson

The image shows a Caucasian male standing in front of cream wall, where the edges of picture frames can just be seen on either side. He has short grey hair and is looking directly at the camera. He is wearing a white shirt under a purple zipped jacket.

I have lived in the Parish for the last 24 years and having retired from the City I was delighted to be involved in the development of the Neighbourhood Plan. When given the opportunity to put myself forward for co-option, I was happy to volunteer as it offers a means to serve the community. I am particularly interested in preserving the identity of the rural areas around us and avoiding both our Parish and other neighbourhoods being subsumed into a Greater London footprint.

Cllr Henderson sits on the HR Committee.
