The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) has launched two new videos to explain what individuals need to do if they need to complain about their local council or a care provider.
The videos explain what steps individuals need to take before they complain and how to explain what’s gone wrong and when they need to raise a complaint.
Video 1 explains how to complain about or to your local Council: Making a complaint about local authorities
Video 2 explains how to complain about or to your Care Provider: Making a complaint about care providers
