Colesdale Farm Event: Saturday, 24th May

The Parish Council have been notified by the Safety Advisory Group (SAG) coordinator at WHBC that there will be an event taking place at Colesdale Farm on Saturday, 24th May between 15:00 and 22:00.

The event is going ahead under a Temporary Event Notice (TEN), and therefore is limited by law to less than 500 people (Including all crew/staff working the event).

SAG are asking for residents to send in their photos and recordings of any issues that they experience.

There is a Hotline Number of 07361 580 407 which can be used to contact the event organiser to register any complaints.

They have especially asked people to please record (using video or audio) any noise issues experienced and send in these files as evidence.

Additionally, if anyone sees any event related signage placed on the roads or footpaths around the site to send in pictures of these as well, as there are no permissions granted, and this could be used to force another licence review.

Recordings or photos can be sent directly to safetyadvisoryteam@welhat.gov.uk which will be dealt with after the fact.
