  2. HBC LOCAL PLAN CONSULTATION

    Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council have opened the first stage of consultation on a draft new Local Plan for the Borough, carried out under Regulation 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.

    The consultation will run from 12th February 2026 until 26th March 2026.

    All responses must be received by 26th March 2026.
