ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH ELECTORATE
CUFFLEY HALL
21st MAY 6:15PM
It is statutory requirement that on an annual basis the Parish Council organises a meeting where the community can set the agenda, seek information from Councillors, and hold the Parish Council to account.
To have value to both residents and the Parish Council it is critical that the meeting content is not controlled by the Parish Council.
It should be genuine dialogue driven by real issues of concern to residents.
LET US KNOW YOUR
QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS
If you have an issue that you feel would be appropriate for inclusion on the agenda, to allow for discussion at the meeting, please let us know by emailing office.manager@northawcuffley-pc.gov.uk or by dropping your questions to the Parish Office at 7 Maynard Place.
Please indicate if you want to keep your contribution anonymous.
This approach will allow the Parish Council to research issues raised and encourage participation by residents who may feel uncomfortable speaking or asking questions at public meetings.
This statutory requirement exists as central Government sees it as important that communities are given a forum to hold Parish Councils to account.
THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE YOUR SAY, PLEASE USE IT.
